Industry Standard tool certifications will be preferred.Job Key Responsibilities Operate as Tools & Technology SME of Tools and function point of management delivery and solution.Responsible for further developing and enhancing the use of SolarWinds within different clients.Maintaining Configuring Application Monitoring, Web Transaction Monitoring, Creating Customized Reports, Managing Alerts etc.Definitions Knowledge in Auto ticketing Integration, Adding Nodes using different method like Agent, WMI, ICMP, SNMP, others. Creating Views and managing Views knowledge in different type of Template managing.Enabling Monitoring for services, database, URL ,event monitoring, processes, Oracle table space etc.SolarWinds Module NPM, SAM, IPAM, VNQM etc. administration configuration troubleshooting Develop custom SAM templates using PowerShell, Perl, Shell and SQL queries to implement monitoring of non-standard systems.Deploy APE (Additional Polling Engine) monitoring solutions as per client scalability needs.Integration of SolarWinds with Service Now for Auto-Ticketing and other tools. Defining New Hosts, Services and configuring the Core Administrator Account Alert Correlation configuration and Fine Tuning of AlertsEngage Vendor for any kind of escalation or resolving L3 level of Major Incidents.High Availability and Failover build of the environment. Database Management and fine tuning of Database.
Technical Experience:Experience on implementation/upgradation of SolarWinds and Nagios.Must have advanced knowledge and experience of Network Management using SNMP, MIBsKnowledge of networking concepts including firewalls, network protocols, and IP addressing.Knowledge & experience of server administration and custom advance SQL based reporting.Good understanding of TCP IP and conceptual understanding of applications layer protocols FTP CIFS MAPI HTTP etc.Good Knowledge on Perl & Shell scripting.Professional ExperienceFlexible to work in 24x7 environment Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs Well versed corporate ethics and compliance Team player who also works well independently self-motivated Work on the service improvement programs.Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree or 3-year diploma and 15 years of full-time education.Additional Information:Good communication, presentation, technical documentation, and collaboration skills.Qualification
