Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management - Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture - Experience in data integration and data migration - Hands-on experience in application development and customization - Knowledge of data governance and data quality management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office - A 15 years full-time education is required 15 years full time education
