Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for daily merchandising activities, including inventory management, sales analysis, and coordinating with suppliers and customers. The role also involves optimizing product display, implementing marketing strategies, and working closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail environments
Familiarity with Marketing principles and strategies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
