Requirements: · Must have experience in designing industrial machines and do mechanical calculations of motors, gearbox, ball screws etc. · Proven experience in machine design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment for 2+ years. · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. · Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, machine components, and materials. · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges · Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail. · Proficiency in SolidWorks software. · Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machine design and safety. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
