AMC Sales & Service- Telecom & Surveillance

As an enthusiastic and results-driven AMC Sales and Service Executive at Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), managing client relationships, and ensuring timely servicing and renewals. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of sales, customer service, and basic technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Your duties will include promoting and selling AMCs, generating new leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling, coordinate service visits with the technical team, provide after-sales support, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer feedback. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in technical or service-based industries. Maintaining good rapport and relations with customers, as well as cross-selling and upselling AMCs, will be essential. Prior experience in AMC sales or service coordination is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle client interactions independently and professionally, are crucial. A customer-centric attitude, basic technical understanding, familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools, and a willingness to travel for client visits and service coordination are also required.
