• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, boarding procedures, and other ground operations, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
• Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and operational policies during all stages of service.
• Coordinate with airline and ground services teams to manage delays, disruptions, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, incidents, and service feedback.
• Promote a positive image of the company by embodying a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Previous experience in airport ground operations, customer service in the aviation or travel industry, or a similar role.
• Must-Have: Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an asset.
• Must-Have: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
• Preferred: Familiarity with airport safety and security protocols.
• Preferred: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferred: Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
