Operating in a hyper-collaborative environment, we value behaviors such as putting customers first, prioritizing common sense and simplicity, making quick decisions, celebrating diverse ideas, succeeding and failing together as a team, understanding User Journeys, and translating high-level requirements into usable features. **Job Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the AI for Documents Product roadmap - Manage existing features and lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap - Drive the product towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility - Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization; work with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to prioritize, deliver, and align with senior management - Build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase - Partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap; act as the voice of the customer and drive product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - Minimum 15 years of product management experience, or equivalent, including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits, and developing roadmaps - Strong knowledge of AI and LLM and experience in AI for Documents - Experience and comfort working within non-linear design and development processes - Experience in the design and development of service offerings that span multiple channels and form factors - Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders - Exposure to and experienced in technology and query platforms - Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data - Exposed to software development mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - Graduate in any field is mandatory (Preferably science) - Masters in Business Administration or any field in Science is preferred - Experience working in agile/scrum teams preferred,
