Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe RTCDP / AEP Audience Segmentation Specialist to join our digital marketing and data operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Web SDK, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, traits, calculated attributes, and governed audience definitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage segment logic within Adobe RTCDP and AEP.
  • Define and maintain traits, calculated attributes, and governed audience definitions.
  • Build and optimize audience activation workflows across multiple channels.
  • Work across sandboxes and activation endpoints to ensure accurate and timely audience delivery.
  • Troubleshoot segment population issues and segment-based personalization logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering to align audience strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met in all audience-related processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data governance.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.
  • Familiarity with activation endpoints and sandbox environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize personalization and audience delivery workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Real-Time CDP or AEP certifications.
  • Experience with other CDPs or marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or tag management systems is a plus.
