Admissions Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and well-spoken female Admission Counselor to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a knack for sales. She will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about our culinary programs, and converting inquiries (leads) into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls on a daily basis to prospective students and parents.
• Understand student needs and provide accurate information about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with potential students and follow up till admission is confirmed.
• Achieve monthly admission targets by converting quality leads into successful enrolments.
• Maintain student records, enquiry databases, and lead status updates using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for admission-related tasks and documentation.
• Participate in education fairs, open houses, and promotional activities, if required.

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates only (age group: 20–28 preferred).
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of Kannada is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with a pleasant telephone etiquette.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, counselling, or customer service preferred (freshers with high confidence and good communication may also apply).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.
• Confident in converting leads through relationship-building and timely follow-up.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude towards student engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
