Administration Manager in Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the co-working space, ensuring cleanliness, inventory availability, mail handling, and uninterrupted vendor deliveries.
• Oversee daily operations at the facility to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for clients.
• Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, security, and IT processes with minimal downtime, while coordinating with clients, vendors, employees, and the sales team.
• Manage client communications and relationships, and organize networking initiatives, social events, and local partnerships to enhance community engagement.
• Handle walk-in clients, maintain the daily walk-in sheet, conduct onsite tours, follow up with leads, and onboard new members.
• Maintain and update operational Excel sheets such as revenue, KYC, inventory, estimated invoices, walk-ins, operational issues, and bank records.
• Complete and verify KYC documentation for all clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of hub-related issues.
• Manage, train, and monitor housekeeping and security staff to maintain quality standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned from time to time.
