Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, and organizing daily operations effectively.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, documents, and reports, assisting in key decision-making processes.
  • Manage expense reports and documentation for the executive team, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Draft and manage correspondences, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive office and various stakeholders, acting as a reliable touchpoint.
  • Assist in event planning and organization, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities for increased efficiency in supporting executive operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
