Job Title: Admin cum Accountant Location: Gurgaon city sector 60 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-5 years Reports To: [Manager/Business Owner/Finance Head] Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to handle both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in accounting software, and capable of managing day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: Handle general office administration, documentation, and filing. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Assist in scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. Maintain employee records and support HR tasks if required. Accounting Duties: Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and receipts. Prepare and update daily cash reports and bank reconciliations. Process bills, payments, and expense reports. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed. Generate basic financial reports as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS) is an advantage.
