Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Activity Coordinator to support the planning and execution of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities within the school. The ideal candidate will assist in managing events, coordinating with staff and students, and ensuring the smooth implementation of activity programs that foster student engagement and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing school events, assemblies, competitions, and celebrations
• Coordinate logistics and resources for school activities and events
• Collaborate with teachers and external vendors for smooth event execution
• Maintain records, attendance, and reports of student participation
• Support senior coordinators and school leadership in implementing the activity calendar
• Encourage student participation and help in identifying and nurturing talent

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in school activity coordination or event management preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines
• Energetic, proactive, and student-friendly approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
