Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant (Male) to support our finance department. The ideal candidate should have experience handling day-to-day accounting operations, vendor management, and working knowledge of accounting software. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and statements
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank payments
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts and financial reporting
• Support audits, both internal and external
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
• Coordinate with vendors for billing, payments, and reconciliations
• Work closely with the senior accountant or finance manager

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
