Job Responsibilities
As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records of our ongoing projects. Your core duties will include:
✅ Recording all project-related bills, receipts, and expenses into our construction software system
✅ Verifying and uploading all supporting documentation for each entry✅ Creating material and service requests in coordination with site/project teams✅ Preparing purchase orders and work orders for suppliers and subcontractors✅ Managing monthly employee timesheets and coordinating with HR for accuracy✅ Performing monthly bank reconciliations✅ Generating accurate and timely client invoices based on project progress✅ Processing supplier payments after verification and approvals✅ Ensuring proper documentation and approval flow for every financial transaction✅ Collaborating with project managers to maintain cost control and budget tracking
