Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Surat. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Handle the payments and corporate accounts, and maintain the company bills and books. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documents by collecting data. Working on monthly purchase/sale reports preparation. Working on managing company and client invoices through software and portals. Manage the invoice payment of our Vendor. Manage the company's payroll and coordinate with team members based on requirements. Handle office administration duties like scheduling, ordering, and office supply management. Handle basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails, and making phone calls. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and tools Strong understanding of ledger accounting and financial reconciliations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of financial reporting and auditing practices Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Location: Surat (On-Site) (Gujarat) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0-1 Years (Freshers Welcome) Salary: based on skills, experience, and interview performance Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
