Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting processes and practical skills in Tally, GST filing, Excel, and handling billing and e-way bills. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
• Prepare and manage GST returns and filings
• Generate and manage bills, invoices, and e-way bills
• Maintain and update data in Excel sheets
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Support in bank reconciliations and vendor payments
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and billing

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Basic understanding of GST rules and filing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry)
• Experience with billing and e-way bill generation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Qualification: Minimum B.Com or equivalent
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)
