Accountant (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female accountant with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate must possess practical knowledge of GST, TDS calculation, e-way billing, and e-invoicing. She should be detail-oriented, organized, and well-versed with day-to-day accounting processes. The candidate will support routine accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and generate e-invoices and e-way bills as per GST compliance.
• Calculate and file GST returns, and ensure timely TDS deduction and filing.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory compliance and filings.
• Support vendor payments, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way billing, and e-invoicing.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Indian taxation and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
