Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Surat. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, performing account reviews, analyzing financial statements, and providing tailored banking solutions. The Account Manager will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in banking or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Surat
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA will be an advantage
