Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Nagercoil. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the logistics and supply chain operations. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, tracking shipments, and preparing reports. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Previous experience in road logistics or e-commerce services is a plus
