About the Role:
Xylem Learning is seeking motivated and target-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our vibrant sales team. In this key role, you will combine academic guidance with consultative sales strategies to assist students and parents in making well-informed educational decisions. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving enrolments and promoting the value of our learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using our in-house lead database.
• Understand each student's academic aspirations, challenges, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
• Clearly communicate course details, schedules, and the distinct advantages of Xylem Learning offerings.
• Deliver genuine, personalized academic counselling to establish trust and long-term relationships.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed enrolments while consistently achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing departments to stay updated on program changes and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in tele calling, academic counselling, or the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.

• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of building rapport quickly with diverse individuals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
