Job Description: Academic Counsellor

Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective interns and students through our course offerings, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions while supporting them throughout the admissions process. You’ll collaborate closely with both the marketing and academic teams to understand program goals and deliver a seamless, engaging learner experience.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and assist prospective interns/students regarding course offerings, admissions, and career prospects.
• Maintain and manage student databases, leads, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to academy programs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in promotional activities.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance course offerings and marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions, webinars, and other student engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for education or business administration backgrounds.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or student support is a plus.
• A positive attitude and confidence in handling calls.
• Good understanding of current trends in AI, technology, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
