Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, articulate, and student-focused Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to join our admissions and outreach team. This role plays a key part in guiding prospective students and their families through the academic offerings and admissions process, while helping them make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should be adept at building relationships, providing insightful counselling, and achieving enrolment targets through ethical and student-first practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement & Counselling
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, delivering clear, accurate, and detailed information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and the admissions process.
• Lead Management & Conversion

Proactively manage and nurture leads through follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Use consultative and persuasive techniques to guide students toward suitable programs and maximize admissions conversions.

• Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets while maintaining high standards in student counselling.Develop trust-based relationships with students and their families, ensuring a smooth, informed, and supportive admission experience.Accurately document all student interactions, update lead statuses in the CRM system, and generate timely reports for performance tracking and review.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for student guidance.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a focus on quality service and compliance.
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, telesales, or any customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
