Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students in their academic and career journey, and possess excellent communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students (and parents, when needed) regarding academic programs and career paths.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs accordingly.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the value of the courses.
• Maintain student records, reports, and documentation as required.
• Support and participate in student orientation, seminars, webinars, and open-house sessions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Meet monthly targets related to enrollments and student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or education sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Good understanding of academic programs and career trends.
• Friendly, empathetic, and result-driven personality.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
