Position: Inside Sales Professional (EdTech) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shifts: Day Shifts Key Requirements: Qualification: 1. Graduate or above.Languages 2. Fluent communication in English and Hindi. 3. Experience: MBA, marketing freshers or graduate with 6 months to 7 years in sales (edtech experience). Age: 18-32 years. Work Days: 6 days/week. Sunday fixed off. Salary & Perks:- Salary: Fresher: Up to 4.2 LPA (depends on communication skills & last drawn salary). Fixed Incentives + Corporate Benefits. Experience: Up to 6.4 LPA (depends on communication skills & last drawn salary).- Fixed Incentives + Corporate Benefits. Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of continuous improvement. Responsible for student admission and achieving their targets. Provides coaching and mentoring to team members. Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Counselling and Interacting with Students and Parents. Provides feedback to senior management and functional counterparts on market dynamics, product issues and competition.
