Academic Coordinator

Location: Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India
Company: HACA.Key Responsibilities:

• Class Quality Monitoring

Regularly monitor both offline and online classes to ensure quality delivery. Identify and escalate any teaching, interaction, or technical issues.

• S.H.O Monitoring
• Supervise SHOs, track student queries and mentor interactions.
• Ensure timely resolutions and conduct regular training sessions to maintain communication standards and escalation processes.
• Training SHOs

Plan and conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions, including:
o Communication skillso Issue handling procedureso Reporting formats and timelineso Etiquette and professionalism

• Batch & Seat Management

Alert the team when a class nears full capacity and coordinate with Course Coordinators to manage admissions effectively.

• Academic Escalation Point

Act as the first level of escalation for academic-related issues before forwarding to the Academic Lead.

• Coordination with Academic Lead

Collaborate closely to implement academic strategies, review class performance, and support curriculum improvements.

• Feedback Collection & Reporting

Gather feedback from SHOs, mentors, and students. Summarize insights and suggest actionable improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar role
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and coordinate with different teams
• Proficiency in using basic digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
