Job description / responsibilities / work profile: Quality assurance for the products manufactured by the company Will be responsible for quality claims & warranty, machine traceability. Previous experience of ISO 9001~2015 & handle entire documentation requirement for ISO 9001~2015 certification. Liaison with external agencies (certification body, consultants) on matters pertaining to QMS. Ensuring and facilitating supplier audit, tool audit, 5S audits etc Responsible for maintaining calibration of measuring instruments/equipments. Experience in handling customer inspection/DAP/ECN. Responsible for Process achievement (KPI) in QA/QC Department. Contribution in machine trials & proving with R&R study, Cp & Cpk calculations. Problem solving with 8D methods.
