-Manage and mentor Area Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.

-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met across the zone.

-Maintain relationships with property owners and tenants, addressing concerns promptly.

-Develop strategies to enhance market presence and operational efficiency within the zone.

Qualifications and Skills:

-3 to 8 years in roles such as Area Manager, with a focus on team management and operations.

-Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.

-Strong ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

-Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
