Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of Team leading experience Work experience in the field of ESG ratings or research, corporate sustainability or sustainability investing is mandatory Business-oriented with an attention to costs and efficiency Ability to work well within the context of a global team Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Interpersonal & Relationship Building skills Good problem-solving skills / Result orientation Familiar with LEAN and Six sigma concepts. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration.
