Role: Wintel L2 Engineer Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Experience: 6+years Budget: 7 to 8 LPA JD: · Basic Knowledge of Active Directory Replication and troubleshooting · Basic knowledge of Active Directory User and Permission Management and troubleshooting. · Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, Share management, and Troubleshooting · Basic Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and troubleshooting · Basic Knowledge of File and Print Management and troubleshooting · Expert knowledge in Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 · Must have a minimum of 4 years working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 administration and troubleshooting in a large-scale multi-site environment. · Expert knowledge in supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2019 · Must have skills in deploying Exchange in a large enterprise environment. · Knowledge of Exchange Hardening. · Must Have Knowledge of Server OS and Application monitoring through Event Viewer. · Expert knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP. · Expert knowledge of mail flow and third-party smart host filtering. · Expert knowledge of Outlook and OWA configuration and troubleshooting · Expert knowledge in Troubleshooting issues by checking Exchange Logs and Windows Event Logs · Basic knowledge in a clustered environment (Windows Cluster / DAG) · Expert knowledge in Backup Application concerning Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010. 2013 and 2019. · Knowledge on scripting will be an added advantage. · Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to share knowledge with team members. · Must have an aptitude to work on complex issues. · Excellent client-facing and handling skills.
