Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for
Microsoft products

troubleshooting
of various issues.
Assist users with
device connectivity
problems and ensure seamless integration.
Deliver excellent

Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge.

About You:

You are a
Graduate
with a minimum of
1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice)
.
You have strong familiarity with
Windows operating systems
and
Microsoft Office applications
.
You possess
strong communication skills
and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse users.
You are customer-focused, patient, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple support requests efficiently.
