PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING Job Title: Salesman – Medical, Surgical & Injectable Products (Wholesale & Distribution) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Salesman to join our team in the wholesale and distribution of medical, surgical, and injectable products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales and a solid understanding of healthcare industry requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and sell a wide range of medical, surgical, and injectable products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory Understand and present product features, usage, benefits, and pricing to healthcare professionals Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery Provide after-sales support, including handling queries, returns, or complaints Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels Attend industry conferences, product training, and meetings as required Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for selling pharmaceuticals and medical supplies Requirements: Proven experience in medical/surgical/pharmaceutical sales preferred Strong knowledge of injectable products and medical terminology Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
