Key Responsibilities: Work with HR and business leaders to understand reporting and analytics needs. Design and build dashboards, reports, and metrics using SuccessFactors People Analytics / Workforce Analytics (WFA). Maintain and enhance the SuccessFactors reporting environment, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Create custom reports and visualizations to support HR strategies and decision-making. Support the data governance process, ensuring consistency and security in HR data. Conduct data audits and validations to ensure high-quality information. Train HR users on how to use dashboards and interpret reports. Stay up to date on new People Analytics features in SuccessFactors and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and Finance to integrate people data with other systems and dashboards. Required Skills and Experience: 510 years of experience in HR reporting / People Analytics Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, Workforce Analytics (WFA), or Reporting tools Good understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and business processes Experience in dashboard creation, story reports, and calculated columns Ability to translate business questions into data insights Strong Excel and data visualization skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
