We are seeking a seasoned WFA - SF People Analytics professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance workforce effectiveness. Responsibilities Analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and support decision-making processes. Conduct research and analysis on employee engagement, retention, and performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in people analytics or related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of HR processes and metrics.
