Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. As a Website Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that are in line with our brand identity and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing websites and landing pages, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD, collaborating with developers for accurate implementation, ensuring responsiveness across various devices, and adhering to UI/UX best practices. You will need to have proven experience in web design, a strong portfolio showcasing your work, proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously are also essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with tools like Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms, familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions, and an understanding of SEO and performance optimization from a design perspective. Additional bonus skills may include branding and logo design experience, working in Agile or cross-functional teams, and familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Website Designer. The work location will be in person.,
