Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Website Designer

to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive design. You ll work closely with developers and the marketing/design team to bring wireframes, UI concepts, and brand visuals to life on the web.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-friendly web pages using HTML and CSS

Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-optimized, and cross-browser compatible

Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs

Optimize web pages for performance, speed, and SEO basics

Maintain consistency in design language and branding across platforms

Suggest and implement design improvements based on user behavior and feedback

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3

Knowledge of responsive design frameworks (like Bootstrap or Tailwind)

Strong eye for detail and basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Familiarity with tools like Figma/Adobe XD for translating design to code

Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus

Experience working in a fast-paced or agile environment is an advantage

Good to Have:

Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

Experience with version control

Understanding of SEO best practices related to front-end
