Weaving Supervisor

Job Overview: As a Weaving Supervisor, you will manage weaving operations to maintain production efficiency and product quality. You will supervise a team of weavers, monitor production schedules, and implement quality control measures to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily weaving operations, ensuring optimal machine performance and minimal downtime. Conduct quality checks on finished products and implement corrective actions as needed. Assign tasks to weaving staff, provide training, and monitor performance. Maintain accurate production records, including output, defects, and machine maintenance. Enforce safety protocols and ensure team members adhere to safety guidelines. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Textile Technology or related field. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in weaving operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of various weaving machines and loom settings. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
