Job Description

  • Adherence to ISO & safety protocols
  • Receipt of material, Physical verification, Counting, Safe Storage, Offer to QC & Entry to the system
  • Complete the billing documents & booking of invoices
  • Effective utilization of Storage space
  • Material Coverage reporting & red flagging
  • Planning of monthly inventories
  • Periodic physical verification & reconciliation of material
  • Issue control & record
  • Reporting weekly consumption report
  • Adherence to FIFO & FEFO, wherever applicable
  • Implementing applicable preservation methodology
  • Maintaining SAP record. Maintaining monthly Stores MIS.
  • Adherence to Stores KPIs in all aspects of P(productivity) Q(Quality) C(cost)D(Delivery)S(Safety) & M (Morale)
  • Keeping a record of quantity of material issued per blade & report them on weekly basis
  • Material booking against blade production order & timely completion of blade GRN
  • Follow up for material with SCM
  • Facilitate the PR & PO process for inter plant / plant-to-site material transfer
  • Create & arrange STO whenever there is a material transfer inter plant or from plant to site
  • Quarantine hold & rejected stock with isolation tag as per the system
  • Regular check and salvage of Slow & Non moving inventory
