Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer with expertise in image processing, deep learning, and software development to join our KinetiX team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating existing code base to a state-of-the-art system while contributing to the development of advanced computer vision algorithms for laser and camera-based accurate detection and measurement of rail components at high speeds. Responsibilities: Develop next generation machine vision system with Python/C++. Develop and lead implementation of state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms, both traditional image processing and deep learning for accurate measurement and detection of rail components using laser and camera-based systems. Optimize algorithms for real-time performance and high-speed processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate computer vision solutions into our products. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and image processing. Design and implement advanced AI annotation and active learning pipelines Develop synthetic data generation strategies using simulation technologies Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team of data scientists and machine learning engineers Requirements: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of work experience, with 7+ years of relevant experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Proficiency in MATLAB and strong skills in Python and/or C++ programming languages. Experience with software development tools and libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and algorithms. Experience with point cloud and camera-based measurement/detection systems. Strong background in 3D point cloud processing. Knowledge on MLOps and DevOps would be good to have. Knowledge on any cloud platform GCP/Azure/AWS would be preferred. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. Main responsibilities: Performs process Engineering analysis including process design, time and motion study and production line balancing. Establishes standard Norms across all operation process. Establishes and maintains performance measurement and control documents associated with PFD/ PFC, AIS/ work standards, learning curves and man / machine performance Conducts ergonomics / human factors evaluation, recommending and implementing improvement in work area designs. Calculates and maintains capacity data for materials processing, people, space and equipment associated with production. Verifies the process with actual time/motion studies. Generate CNC programs as per product drawings. Learn and adopt Cooper CNC programming. Strictly adhered to Oracle system 7S,continous improvements using various IE techniques. Designs Tools / Fixtures /Gauges / Test Rigs as per machining or assembly requirement in co-ordination with Hosur and production Needs Co-ordinates for manufacture of fixture either in house or with external vendor. Conducts trial and prove out tools. Prepare machining routing sheets. Assists production to establish and improve time standards for new and existing products. Implementation and monitoring of Suggestion Scheme. Co-coordinator for Continues improvement projects. Assisting & implementing external trainer recommendations. Capex budget Implementation of ECN/New requirements in manufacturing Performing and other duties, which our company reasonably requires Process costing as required by management. Job Description: Key missions of the position: Accounts receivables – Bill Processing for S&T & Friction – Rohtak Main responsibilities: Follow-up for POD against delivery from Logistics Preparation of E-dispatch document in IREP portal Collection of Despatch and Inspection documents for SCM/ Accounts Preparation of Dispatch documents and sharing it with the commercial Teams Tracking of R note for despatches and follow up with commercial team for early receipt of R note Submission of bills online on receipt of R note Apply and tracking of DP extension / MA/SVC issued by railways and update it for further action Follow up of return bills and close it with necessary action Provide tracking of DA and despatch details of Non Stock Bills and delivery status to commercial team Payment Follow-up & collect payment (on need basis) from the date of invoice submission Maintain Sales Register & Circulate to CFT team Circulate Accounts Receivables to Commercial Team Track and co-ordinate with CFT teams for Sales reversals Education Qualification: Graduate Years of Experience: 4 -5 years Who are we?
