W2 Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for W2 positions in the US market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide top-quality candidates.
  • Work on niche IT roles requiring specialized skill sets, demonstrating technical capability to understand job descriptions and source suitable candidates effectively.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with W2 guidelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and long-term engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and market conditions to deliver competitive staffing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US staffing with a focus on W2 recruitment (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of US employment terms, including W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on niche IT roles, with a strong technical understanding to evaluate job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws, tax terms, and work authorization processes in the US.
