Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. • Work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS. • Source candidates using various methods such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases. • Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, visa status, and availability. • Negotiate rates/salaries with candidates and present suitable candidates to clients. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and follow up until closure. • Maintain ATS/CRM with accurate candidate and job data. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. • Stay updated on visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN, EAD) and US employment laws. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Skills & Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing/consulting firm. • Strong understanding of IT terminologies and technologies. • Experience sourcing candidates for a wide range of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.). • Hands-on experience with job portals, Boolean searches, and social recruiting. • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL). • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Willing to work in night shifts to align with US time zones. • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Technical degree preferred).Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
