Position: US IT/Technical Recruiter Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in US IT/Technical Recruitment Location: Onsite, Vadodara , Gujarat Night Shift : 7:30 Pm to 5 AM Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit top healthcare talent for various roles across the US Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices What Were Looking For: 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT and Technical recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the US healthcare system and job market Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset Why Join Generis Tek?
