VP Operations (Residential High Rise)

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the balance sheet of multiple projects within a 35-year-old Real Estate Firm known for successfully completing various residential high-rise projects in UP & Uttarakhand. Your primary duties will involve coordinating with architects and consultants, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and closed within the specified timeline. A key aspect of your role will be detailed Estimation & Budget preparation, where you will develop and manage operational budgets to efficiently allocate resources across projects. Monitoring financial performance, analyzing operational costs, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability will be crucial for the success of the projects. Your responsibilities will also include executing works within set parameters of time, cost, quality, and productivity. You will need to conduct workload analysis to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and minimize costs. Managing customer interface in terms of deliverables, addressing grievances, and resolving issues will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to provide project management reports to identify potential claims and other project-related challenges. The ideal candidate for this role should be a Civil Engineer with an MBA degree and a proven track record as a strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Leader. With over 20 years of experience in Residential High Rise/Group Housing projects, you should possess strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in handling multiple projects totaling no less than 3 million square feet area will be advantageous.
