Position Title: Volunteer  Duration: Ongoing Projects Time Commitment: Flexible scheduling available Position Summary: As a volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to uplift and empower marginalized individuals. Whether through direct interaction, administrative support, training assistance, or community outreach, your time and skills will help make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.   Key Responsibilities:   l Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions.   l Support day-to-day program activities and events.   l Provide one-on-one assistance or mentoring to beneficiaries when needed.   l Help with outreach efforts, awareness campaigns, and social media promotion.   l Uphold the dignity, privacy, and safety of all participants and stakeholders.   l Passionate about social impact, inclusion, and women's empowerment.   l Sensitive and empathetic to the needs of vulnerable communities.   l Good communication skills (spoken and/or written in [local languages/English]).   l Basic computer skills   l Open-minded, reliable, and willing to work as part of a diverse team.   l Make a tangible difference in the lives of survivors and people with disabilities.   l Gain hands-on experience in empowerment programs .   l Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills.   l Be part of a compassionate, mission-driven team working for systemic change.   Salary: ₹12,000 + TA ₹3,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time / On-site
