Job Title: Email & Chat Support Executive  Location: Karapakkam (Tecci Park), Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Telecom / BPO / Customer Support we are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Airtel Email & Chat Process. This is a non-voice role ideal for candidates with strong written communication skills and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Qualification: Any graduate (Graduation is mandatory) / Diploma - Mech & Automobile is plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year in any domain. Skills: Good English communication (written), basic computer knowledge. Work Schedule Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 6-day working week with 1 rotational week off. 💰 Salary ₹14,000/- ₹18,000/- per month. 📍 Work Location - Karapakkam (Tecci Park), Chennai Candidates must be available for in-person reporting at the office.
