Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at AMINA Bank, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and brand-consistent materials to support our marketing and sales initiatives. Founded in April 2018 and based in Zug, AMINA Bank is a pioneering financial institution bridging the gap between digital and traditional assets. Holding a Swiss banking and securities dealer license, we offer a comprehensive suite of regulated banking services in the emerging digital economy. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing graphics for various channels such as social media, events, web, email, and video to enhance our marketing strategies. You will also develop and maintain sales materials like presentations, flyers, brochures, and business cards to support client engagement throughout the buying journey. Additionally, your role will involve designing and updating PDF documents with a focus on accessibility and usability, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. You will create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders, maintaining brand identity and professional standards for maximum engagement. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams is essential to understand business needs and deliver high-impact designs. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and working closely with our design agency to evolve our brand identity in alignment with our strategic vision. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in graphic or visual design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint is required, along with strong creative skills in color, typography, and composition. Being detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines is essential, as well as possessing strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
