Position: Student Visa Counsellor (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382350
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 Years

Job Summary:
We are hiring a qualified female professional for the dual role of Student Visa Counsellor at our Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end student counselling for overseas education and independently managing branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students for study abroad programs
• Assist with course selection, university admissions, and visa documentation
• Guide students through the entire visa application process, including interview preparation
• Stay updated on international education systems and visa regulations
• Handle branch operations including client walk-ins, staff coordination, and daily reporting
• Maintain accurate records of student data, follow-ups, and application status
• Lead a small team, conduct training, assign responsibilities, and ensure performance
• Collaborate with institutions and head office for application processing and marketing support

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: education or management background)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in student visa counselling or overseas consultancy
• Strong knowledge of visa application processes for major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
