Virtual Relations Manager

Virtual Relations Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone,).
  • Assist customers with the account opening process and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to address their needs effectively and promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth and efficient services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills

    : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Support Experience

    : Previous experience in customer support is a plus; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Account Opening Process

    : Basic understanding of account-related procedures is preferred.
  • Calling Experience

    : Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Positive Attitude & Problem-Solving

    : Able to approach challenges with a can-do attitude and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Time Management

    : Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate (Fresher or up to 2 years of experience ).
