We are now looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our in-house content production team and contribute to compelling educational and marketing content.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor Intern, you will work closely with the video production and content teams to create engaging, high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and learning platforms. You should have hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools and a strong sense of storytelling and visual pacing.

Key Responsibilities

● Edit educational and marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

● Create motion graphics and transitions using Adobe After Effects.

● Source and incorporate high-quality assets from Envato Elements (templates, audio, effects, etc.).

● Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams for project requirements.

● Ensure videos are edited as per brand guidelines and delivered within tight deadlines.

● Optimize video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

● Maintain organized project files and follow naming conventions.

Required Skills

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

● Familiarity with Envato Elements for templates, assets, and design inspiration.

● Basic understanding of color correction, audio balancing, and visual pacing.

● Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a sense of timing and rhythm.

● Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

● Prior editing portfolio or demo reel is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Mass Media, Animation, Design, or a related field.

● Understanding of YouTube editing styles, reels, or shorts is a plus.

● Experience with educational or branded content is an added advantage.
