About the Role

RETRO ANTS MEDIA is on the lookout for a skilled and creative video editor to craft engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads, and branding videos. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, comfortable with shoots, and know your way around editing tools we want you!

Must Know at Least One Editing Tool

• CapCut (Mobile/Desktop)
• InShot
• VN Editor
• Adobe Premiere Rush
• Canva Video Editor
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Filmora
• HitFilm Express

Roles & Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
• Create long-form videos (YouTube content, promos, branding)
• Add transitions, music, SFX, subtitles, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality edits
• Stay updated with social media trends & platform formats
• Manage multiple aspect ratios (vertical, horizontal, square)

Video Shooting Responsibilities

• Shoot on-location videos (interviews, events, brand shoots)
• Handle basic camera setups, framing, and lighting
• Travel for shoots when required
• Owning your own camera gear is a plus (not mandatory)

Who Can Apply

• Freshers are welcome with strong passion and portfolio
• Background in Media, Communication, Animation, or relevant field preferred
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing sense required
• Bonus: Color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics skills

Compensation

• ₹10,000/month (Fixed)
• Based on experience and skillset
• Paid internship or full-time positions available
